Delivery Guidelines

Shipping

We aim to process all orders placed before 3:00 PM (Manila time) from Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the following business day. Deliveries to locations outside Metro Manila typically take up to five (5) business days.


Return and Exchange Policy

If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective, or damaged, kindly notify us within three (3) business days after receiving the item by emailing us at wecare@inmed.com.ph Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), along with return instructions. The item should be sent back with the RAN form, the delivery invoice, and any other related documentation. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition, with shipping costs prepaid and insured for the full value of the purchase. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any additional handling charges may apply.


Refunds or exchanges will be subject to our review and approval.


Collection of Returned Items

If no prior arrangements have been made, we will handle the collection of returned goods. Unauthorized returns will not be covered for return shipping charges. We reserve the right to reject items that are returned in poor or unsellable condition. Items not accepted will either be returned at your cost or donated.


Liability

We are a distributor, not the manufacturer, of the products sold on this site. Therefore, our liability for any issues related to these products is limited to the cost of the purchased item.
